Gates
Four Golf & Country Club would like to host your wedding function.
We can accommodate up to 250 persons.
Whether it’s an Engagement Party, Bridal Shower, Rehearsal
Dinner or the Wedding Reception, Gates Four’s professional staff
will make it a memorable event enjoyed by all.
The
club takes great pride in serving the finest food and beverages.
No food or beverages are to be brought in or removed from
the club. Wedding
or specialty cakes do not apply.
Take
a look at our array of menu selections to choose from.
We will be happy to accommodate special requests or dietary
restrictions whenever possible with prior arrangements.
Menu prices are current prices, but are subject to change
without notice until 30 days prior to function.
All
Food and Beverage items and charges are subject
to a 7.75% Sales Tax and 18% gratuity.
Menu selections must be made at least two weeks prior to
your planned event.
To
secure a date, a deposit is required at time of booking. One half
of your projected bill is due 10 days prior and the remaining
projected balance due before the day of your planned event.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.
Personal checks are accepted forms if presented to Gates
Four Club at least 5 banking days prior to your event.
Decorations
are the responsibility of the guest.
No decorations may be attached to the walls or ceilings
and decorations must meet all fire code regulations.
Room
Rental charges include the set-up of the banquet room with tables,
chairs, white linen and the appropriate place settings for the
meal selection.
Gates
Four observes all ABC regulations and reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone at anytime.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the club’s premises
or
may leave the club’s premises at any time.
You
are responsible for all costs to repair any damage done to the
property by your guests, attendees, independent contractors or
other agents under your control.
Independent contractors will be required to work within
the guidelines set by Gates Four Golf & Country Club.
