Part-Time Server- The primary responsibilities of a Server are to provide uncompromising hospitality, providing our members with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by attentive, gracious and friendly service. A professional Server will be thoroughly familiar with the product, table service, responsible bar/alcohol service, and sales techniques.

Responsibilities include:
· Serving the host and guest of a party - all timelines and services must be met or exceeded
· Serving buffets, sit-down, dinners, and hors d'oeuvres parties
· Setting tables with quality china, glass, silver, and following all details of event order
· Ensuring high standards by following service standards of department
· Exceeding customer expectations by anticipating service needs

Job Requirements:

· Prior serving experience in a quality club/hotel/restaurant
· Knowledge of fine wines and food
· Strong listening and oral communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and a "customer first" mentality
· Ability to work with individuals and teams of diverse backgrounds
· Ability to handle multiple guest requests at the same time
· Ability to learn the “club connect” computer system
· Ability to use good judgment handling emergencies
· Ability to learn and adhere to policies, procedures on safety, respectful work environment, -and performance
· Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance according to dress code/grooming -standards
· Ability to act in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
· Availability to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
